I was not happy with the way that some of the parts that came with it were just loose in the bottom of the box. That reflects poorly on the company, however, not the product.
I also HATE the way you have to use anti-sieze compound on the bits. I understand why it's needed, and I did it, but that stuff is NASTY, and gets all over every thing. If you buy this product, when you put the anti-sieze compound on, wear your painting clothes. It truly is horrible stuff. The plus side of it is they ship a full tube of anti-sieze, so if you work on your own cars, you've pretty well got a life time supply of it.
The cork that they ship with it is TOO SMALL to seal the drain. Whoever is responsible for that needs to be reprimanded. You can buy a suitable replacement at Home Depot or whatever your favorite hardware store is (look for either a 1/2" or 9/16" black rubber stopper - take the old one with you to size it).
While the issues above are somewhat annoying (and the stopper issue is frankly unacceptable), the product itself works great, or I wouldn't have given it 5 stars. I would probably suggest getting the 3/4" bit as an accessory for grinding tighter curves.
Again - wish I had bought it 30 years ago.
