Customers find the walker easy to maneuver. They say it's helpful for mobility, and it moves well on paver patios. 286 customers mention106 positive180 negative

Customers are mixed about the comfort of the walker. Some mention that the knee pad is very comfortable, the kneeling seat has nice cushioning, and the bulb fit perfectly in the split. Others say that it's less comfortable and harder to position yourself on. The padding on this wasn't very comfortable for long periods of scooting, and every inch of rolling hurts like hell.

"...From the box, it didn't want to stay in place, and the column wobbled around in an uncomfortable way...." Read more

"...The brakes do a decent job slowing you down otherwise. Padded seat is comfortable. I'm impressed at the quality. Feels solid and made to last...." Read more

"...is engaged, it fully stops the wheels from turning, The tension on mine was so loose that even depressing the brake lever all the way barely..." Read more

181 customers mention64 positive117 negative

Customers are mixed about the brakes of the walker. Some mention that it has rear brakes so they don't tip forward when they stop, which is a lifesaver. They also like that the brake is activated by using a single hand/lever. However, others say that the breaks don''t stop very well above that speed on wet surfaces, they locked up, and they are not perfect.

"...But the lock isn't absolute - you can move the walker fairly easily with it set, so don't forget to release it when you're ready to move around..." Read more

"...The brakes do a decent job slowing you down otherwise. Padded seat is comfortable. I'm impressed at the quality. Feels solid and made to last...." Read more

"...Also, be sure to go at walking speed. Those brakes don't stop very well above that speed on wet surfaces!..." Read more

"...Second time I used it, the brakes locked up. I am a real estate broker showing a house. I might have cussed...." Read more

129 customers mention76 positive53 negative

Customers are mixed about the weight of the walker. Some mention it's fairly light, while others say it'd be better to pay more money for a light walker that's more stable. Some say it can become top heavy and is much heavier to nudge into position.

"...All in all, it was affordable, lightweight, held together, and gave me time to heal my broken bones. Nothing fancy, but it did its job." Read more

"...The walker has a limited turning radius (with a rider on top, it's pretty top heavy, and they've taken that into consideration in the design)..." Read more

"...I agree with others that it’s horrible at turning radius, but it’s light enough to just pick it up and shift it, so it’s not that big of a deal...." Read more

"...It did make me think ahead! It is light enough you can simply pick it up and turn it around yourself...." Read more

228 customers mention35 positive193 negative

Customers are dissatisfied with the turning radius of the walker. They mention that it does not have a tight turning radius, it is difficult to maneuver due to the large turning radius and that it is designed for small spaces.

"...The walker has a limited turning radius (with a rider on top, it's pretty top heavy, and they've taken that into consideration in the design), but..." Read more

"...It's a smooth ride. Easy to operate. Turns are a bit wide which takes some getting use to. Brakes do the job...." Read more

"...Feedback complained about it not having a tight turning radius...." Read more

"...It doesn't have a great turning radius but that was easily fixed by just picking up the front and placing it more towards where I needed to go on..." Read more

3.5* but I recommend
4 Stars
3.5* but I recommend
4 = 3.5 * Couldn't manage without it. Truth. And the basket is so wise to opt for... 3.5* due to seat un-comfort, & near-immediate need to adjust break tension, and handlebar joint area squeakyness. I write at 2 1/2 weeks into my 8 week stint. I'd say I've spent MAYBE 50 hours ON the scooter.--Assembly, so says my husband, was "a cinch". The biggest challenge was only MY feeling which height works best. Now too, I do adjust the handle bars and knee seat because certain shoes have thicker soles.-- Feels stable. Rolls smoothly on tile, wood, etc... But any textured ground will loosen your fillings. (I wish I could justify the big, air filled tire model from some vendor. Too $).-- Carpet takes more leg strength and torque to move on. I live w/ thin plush in bedroom. A slow scoot. Be aware! A PITA when hurrying to toilet for my 4AM 'gotta go now!' (LOL)-- Turn is appropriate for use... meaning it's safe. I do a lot of 'K' turns, and often just lift up with knee still 'on' for tighter turns or when I want wholly to go in opposite direction. I back up often. I go the long way around when if I was on both feet I'd have pivoted and turned. It's a whole new 'mindset'.--Turning going over mixed edges like where a carpet meets tile, can be tipsy, use two hands. Slower is better.--Going over seams in sidewalk or deck boards is great if you were shaking a Martini! Go slow.--Single break option... Just enough and safe. But I am sorry I didn't opt for dual break to give me some options (kinda cumbersome to explain here). One example has to do with scooting to easy-chair-lounger, and then moving it to be able to put up feet... and then when moved, it's a too-far reach to get the right-hand brake to lock it-- if on the left, the reach would be 12" less. A matter of convenience.--I find I don't use the break as much traveling...I tend to judge where I'm going, and just slow the last push .. or use my ground foot to stop most of time. But truly you do need the brakes when going down something like a wheelchair ramp.--After 12 days of use, my husband had to tighten the break cable as it didn't stay locked. This was surprising... what if he wasn't my mechanic as well as nurse, driver and shower helper!!!It wasn't locking to stay still. You neeeeed it to stay still, in place, stable--if you want a reliable 'grab' to get up from seat, stay put to pour coffee, get into the car, etc. This is why I reduce a " half *".--The two pad, knee rest...it was to my 60 year old knees (no surgeries) too firm. Thus another 1/2* ding. I bought a VIVE memory foam cover. Seriously better. Buy it even if that's not perfect it's better than the seat on this alone.--Its not awful, but we've also had to already tighten the handle-bar joint locking thing (sorry I don't know the exact name of it). The squeak was piercing and it's coming back due to loosening. Another 1/2* ding.-- Get a week ahead and practice!--Where good, grabbing soles for pushing. My leather-soled shoes will wait! Not enough traction.--Easy in and out of car (but we have a Subaru Outback). I can't drive so it's not like I'm getting it into the car myself. But if I was driving it obviously would mean putting it in the car and hopping to a seat.--a little warning that has nothing to do with the quality of this. Depending on your height you adjust the handlebars of course. In my house the height for the handlebars is exactly at the height of the LG gas stove burner knobs. Twice, because of the slightest move against them, and because the knobs are particularly loose/easy to turn, I didn't even realize that I hit the knobs. The first time it happened we came home four hours later to a smell of gas in the house, and we were so confused as to how the knob got turned. then about five days later while I was pouring coffee I did it again, not realizing the scooter handle was near them. This time though the click click click of the ignition, and the flames let me realize! so I just share this so that you're aware of the height of your handlebars and what you might bump into.
