PROFESSIONAL TOUCH | MORE THAN A BALL
Many therapists and chiropractors recommend ActiveProZone Therapy Massage Balls. These incredible balls differ from others in the market due to their unique hard-soft structure, a hard core and softer surface area. They are made from high quality, durable natural rubber, whereas other balls are made from silica or plastic. The grip surface helps placement and keeps the ball at the right spot, The ActiveProZone Therapy Massage Ball is available in two sizes and colors:
Standard: 2.5 inches - Lilac
Large: 2.75 inches - Turquoise
ActiveProZone Therapy Massage Balls are a bit softer than standard lacrosse balls and sturdier than a tennis ball. Because of the special material and hard core, the pressure on the muscle is less painful.
PERFECT FIT | FOR ANYONE, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE
Ability is what you're capable of doing.
Motivation determines what you do.
Attitude determines how well you do it.

You can use Massage Therapy Balls at home, in the office or even in the car. The balls are small enough to fit into any bag or drawer and are therefore an essential item no matter where you are. Due to their smart characteristics and multiple sizes, people love using themto ease muscle problems, no matter what their age.*
*Always consult your physician before starting any treatment program using massage balls.
EASY TO USE | SELF – MASSAGE THERAPY
It never gets easier, you just get better!
The basic idea of self-massage with therapy balls is to apply pressure to muscles and tissues by trapping the tender part of your body against another surface such as the floor, a wall or even another body part. The goal is to achieve just the right amount of pressure to release tenacious knots. Feel strong but remain relaxed throughout the process. You can target one specific point, such as a tender hamstring or stiff neck or you can use the therapy balls in pairs. ActiveProZone comes with a specially designed mesh bag that is perfect for thigh and spine rolls or other similar exercises. The Massage Therapy Balls should be an important part of your physical therapy equipment. They can be used for various treatments* including trigger point treatment, myofascial release, stress or prenatal therapy, reflexology foot massage,...
In addition to therapies, they are good complements for yoga, Pilates, Cross Fit, running and other workout routines.

Yes they are uncomfortable to use, but much less than lacrosse balls. They have a softer, grippier outer layer that digs into knots and tightness releasing them. The size is great for most body areas.
The negatives:
Balls smell terrible and can’t wash off or sun out smell- it even transfers onto hands and is difficult to remove. They leave a horrible taste if you handle food (even after scrubbing hands).
The bag is a great feature BUT too small to gets balls in and out and it’s very stiff and scratchy. The original Yoga Tune Up ball bag is much better in all regards.
Aside from the smell and frustrating bag, I recommend them. I’ve used the Yoga Therapy balls and these work as well.
