The sound when using the earphones is quite good. The instrument feels very close to my acoustic violin. My shoulder rest fits perfectly. I do wish that I could use my own chin rest but the chin rest on the instrument works pretty well for me. I will probably upgrade the earphones at some point. It works well when playing an accompaniment using the AUX. I am happy with my purchase.
For the money I paid for this violin, it was a big disappointment. sound and playability mediocre, Tuning is very difficult because the pegs wont hold at the tension the strings need to be.
