AI-generated from the text of customer reviews
Customers are impressed with the appearance of the electronic component fan. They say it looks amazing, with its infinity mirror display and RGB lighting. Customers are also impresseded with the infinity ring and the infinite design on the cooler.
"...inexpensive, and effective, not to mention that it's compact and looks pretty good...." Read more
"...But hey, the cooler looks good and the pump is quiet (unlike the included fan) so once you change the fan to a better one it's not bad at all...." Read more
"...The one fan is plenty for me while the cooler looks beautiful in the case, and works perfectly. Noise is non-existent...." Read more
"...better performing coolers out there, but I would say this is the nicest looking one...." Read more
Customers are mixed about the cooling of the electronic component fan. Some mention that it does a great job of cooling, with an idle temperature that does not exceed 40 °C. However, others say that it started making noise and the CPU temperatures went to 50 ° C at idle. The PC keeps shutting off due to overheating, and the temperature will spike into the mid and sometimes high 70's.
"After installation, the fan monitoring app would show that my system was overheating...." Read more
"Great cooler, it died after 4 years of heavy usage but worth the buy" Read more
"...At about 10 months in the pump started making noise and CPU temperatures went to 50c at idle. I had no choice but to replace it...." Read more
"...instructions weren't great, but it was easy to install and does a great job cooling. The lighting effect on the CPU block looks great...." Read more
Customers are mixed about the performance of the electronic component fan. Some mention that it worked decently for the time that they had it, and pleasantly surprised by the performance. However, others say that the pump no longer functions properly and the fan stopped working after 3 months of usage.
"...It's inexpensive, and effective, not to mention that it's compact and looks pretty good...." Read more
"...Wasn't really important since it can't control the pump, only the LED's. So I downloaded latest version and went to install it...." Read more
"...plenty for me while the cooler looks beautiful in the case, and works perfectly. Noise is non-existent...." Read more
"...It worked decently for the time that I had it and it may work decently for you too if you end up buying this..." Read more
Customers are mixed about the ease of installation. Some mention that it's super easy to install, straight forward, and the instructions are awesome. Others say that the instructions weren't great, poorly crafted printed installation instructions, and that it had to be assembled.
"It was properly installed, The PC was moderately used a few hours a day...." Read more
"...Noise is non-existent. Customization is pretty simple with the software, and can change the logo opaqueness and ring colors...." Read more
"...It was my fault.I could blame the poorly crafted printed installation instructions because, they really made a mess of that...." Read more
"...Installation of the head was not difficult, and adequate instructions & adapter hardware were provided for both Intel and AMD CPUs...." Read more
Customers are mixed about the noise of the electronic component fan. Some mention it's very quiet and barely audible, while others say it will make constant noise. Some say the motor starts making weird noises, and the pump starts making a clicking sound. Overall, the opinions are mixed and depend on individual preferences.
"...Double-check power connections. This cooling system is the most quiet I have ever used...." Read more
"...At about 10 months in the pump started making noise and CPU temperatures went to 50c at idle. I had no choice but to replace it...." Read more
"...But hey, the cooler looks good and the pump is quiet (unlike the included fan) so once you change the fan to a better one it's not bad at all...." Read more
"...2. Louder than expected. Often the fan on the intercooler would ramp up and emit a decently loud sound...." Read more
Customers are mixed about the quality of the electronic component fan. Some mention that the quality is good, decent, and solid, while others say that it has a history of unreliability and fails quickly.
"...and even I was shocked at how screwed up my computer was with random reboots and glitches - WHEN I COULD get into Windows...." Read more
"...the way it looks and it's also the performance it offers, it's actually really good...." Read more

"...was that if I had CAM running while I was playing games, my system would hard crash at some point during gameplay. Usually after 30 minutes...." Read more
Customers have mixed opinions about the value of the electronic component fan. Some mention that it's well worth the price, better than air for the price and great for their son's first build. However, others say that it is not worth your money, a waste of money, and poorly built.

I could blame the poorly crafted printed installation instructions because, they really made a mess of that. But really, I didn't double-check the pump's power cable connection. Other than that, installation is quite easy. From box opening to computer start-up, 10-15 minutes at a meditative pace. Double-check power connections.
This cooling system is the most quiet I have ever used. I cannot hear the fans nor the pump unless I open the running computer in a completely silent room. And even then, I have to press my ear right up to the case.
I'm impressed so I give it highest the highest rating.
Now, to get serious, the cooler does exactly what it should do. I have my computer running for hours on-end, usually playing fairly high-end games or running multiple demanding programs (You'd be surprised how much power GIS programs need...). The maximum temperature my CPU ever reaches is 56 degrees, which is only for a few seconds before dropping back down to around 50-52 degrees. For such a compact unit, this is very satisfying. If you want to keep your PC running nice and cool, which is always great for preserving the hardware and keeping your fans from running at full RPMs the entire time the machine is on, this is a perfect addition. Will be looking at a beefier NZXT-brand cooler once I upgrade motherboards and CPUs to something more demanding.
WORST IDEA EVER. It locked the computer up during the install. I had to hard restart it. CAM was there, however. So Windows 10 somehow finished the install. I went into it and set colors I wanted and exited out of it. This led to my display glitching and my computer hard resetting. It took 7 tries to get Windows to stay up long enough to uninstall the software, but the damage was done. I'm an expert with computers and even I was shocked at how screwed up my computer was with random reboots and glitches - WHEN I COULD get into Windows.
I had to reload from scratch. A week of work wasted. Thank god I hadn't pulled my video card and data SSD's out of my current rig. The sad thing is, google it and this is seemingly a very common issue.
Got this to go into a new HTPC build since air coolers don't fit in the Phanteks Evolv Shift. It works for cooling my Ryzen 5 2600X but there are temperature spikes that this cooler can't do anything about. But overall, it does keep the average temperature down and keep it from overheating. Also fits well in my case. I do want to note that the fan that is included is very loud when when it start ramping up so I would highly recommend setting a custom fan curve.

The RAMs now get hotter as the CPU fan no longer blows air into them :) so pl put a top fan to blow air on your RAMs (I have 8 GB * 4 so they really get hot.
the fan is silent and the LED effects are cool. if you are a very heavy user this wont be enough as the temperatures get as high as 69 some times, then you should go for a duel or 3 fan radiator.
Easy to install and came well packed/well documented. It is quiet even under load. Price point is a bit high considering other AIOs with similar specs but I personally think NZXT is a leader in the AIO RGB/aesthetic game, which is why I bought it.

EDIT: Note that the pump is located in the radiator (and not in the CPU block like conventional designs). For a cavitation free / noise free operation any AIO cooler should have the pump in the lowest position. So try to mount the radiator in the front panel of the case, lower than the CPU and with tubes on top. This is the complete reverse of what you would do with other "pump in CPU block" designs.
